Shipping policy
We ship to Italy and to the European Union countries listed below. Every order is a shipment of its own: you see the cost at checkout, before paying, based on the delivery country.
Timing
We prepare your order and hand it to the courier within 24/48 working hours. Weekend orders leave on Monday. When the parcel leaves you receive an email with the tracking: delivery times depend on the destination country and you follow them from the tracking link.

- Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain (mainland) — €10.50
- Croatia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Hungary — €14.60
- Denmark — €15.70
- Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden — €18.00
- Spain, Balearic Islands — €23.80
Within the European Union there are no customs duties: the total you see at checkout is the final one. If your country is not on the list, we cannot ship there at the moment.
Delivery problems
If the parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, write to info@we-elementa.com with your order number: we reply within 24 working hours.
