You have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal. Fill out the form below: your request will be registered immediately and you'll receive a confirmation by email. We will contact you within 24 business hours regarding return and refund procedures.

The information you provide will be used solely to process your withdrawal request. You will receive a confirmation at the email address provided. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned product, as required by Art. 56 of the Italian Consumer Code.
